Browning knives are everywhere, but the best ones are sometimes hard to find. This is the best "Bang for the buck" option in our opinion. This knife has a Great feel to it. Very intuitive, almost familiar shape. Really nice looking, deep, friction fit leather sheath. Polished stainless steel, dress up the edge with a ceramic stone or rod. That long and narrow blade makes it a good bird knife. I don't detect any flex, but I'd not back down from a fish cleaning with this knife. It's an all day worker, ready for the processing bench or the kitchen. It's a solid boning knife for chicken and rabbit. Priced right for 9Cr, which will hold an edge as well as D2 carbon steel.
